Services for Condo Owners

Investors MRG Rental Management's focus is on maximizing your investment and freeing you of the everyday burdens that come with property management. Think of how wonderful it would be to be able to own a property without the hassles and headaches of marketing your space, scheduling showings, handling lease negotiations, collecting rent, seeing to maintenance requests and so on. These services and more are standard with Investors MRG. We'll even take care of the paperwork - our knowledge of local laws and ordinances will give you protection as we steer you through appropriate lease agreements and other legal documents.

Included in our management agreement:

  • All leasing aspects, including marketing, showings, tenant screening and lease negotiations, with no additional fees for the length of the contract

  • Rent collection

  • Prompt response to maintenance requests and problem tenants

  • Preventative and ongoing maintenance

  • Cleaning and turnover of the unit

  • Monthly financial report

  • Capital improvement oversight and vendor/subcontractor negotiations

  • 24-7 emergency service

Maintenance requests

  • All maintenance requests made upon move-in will be processed and completed within 15 days of received request.
